Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Place the unworn footwear in its original packaging and include all tags. Securely seal the box to prevent damage during transit.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier partner and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
